All Goods are sold on company’s standard terms and conditions of sale.
Definitions: In these conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings “The Company” means Teeparam Traders Limited “The Customer” means the person, firm, company or organization specified in the order
or being party to any contract which these terms and conditions apply. “The Goods” mean the goods (including any installment of the goods or any part for or of them) which the company is to supply in accordance of these terms.
Payment: You the customer are required to pay for all goods on the receipt, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in written between the company and the customer. The company reserves the right to withdraw supply
of good when an account is not settled by the said due date and will hold all goods / orders until the appropriate payment is received. If our bankers returns payments, cheques, the customer will automatically be debited with a £50
charge for administration.
Retention of Title: It is a condition of the contract that the said goods shall remain a property of the company and shall not pass to the customer until the company has received payment via cash or cleared funds payment in
full for the goods or any other monies outstanding. Any risk of damages or loss to the goods shall be passed to the customer on delivery. Until such times as the property in the goods passes to the customer, we shall be entitled to
any time to receive the goods and may enter upon the customer’s premises where the goods are stored to repossess the goods.
Delivery: Free Carriage is usually included on the minimum order value when the same is being met (which is subject to change as per the company needs) or unless specified. Delivery charges are appliable based on your area
location. If you are unsure about the minimum order value or delivery charges, please contact the company.
Pricing: The prices shown in the company’s website, PLOF (Price List Order Form) are correct at the time of going to press or publishing, but the company reserves the right to change prices at anytime without any prior
notice. It must be accepted that the goods will be invoiced at the prices prevailing at the date of the order. All products are subject to VAT at standard rate (expect for sanitary products where a 5% rate applies and zero rate
applies to nappies and certain food lines). All products are subject to E &OE.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted subject to the said product/s being received as defective in an unopened and original condition. Certain product/s cannot be returned due to hygiene related reasons and given the nature of
the said product/s: i.e.: food product/s confectionery, soft drinks, smokers requisites, toiletries, household, health and beauty. Any return has to be informed to the company within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Any return claim after this will not be processed. To initiate any return / credit note original invoice or proof of purchase from Teeparam Traders Limited is required.
Cancellation: Any order cancelled after its confirmation; the customer will be liable for restacking charges of £90.
Claims: In event of any non-delivery, shortages, damages please inform the company in written within 24hrs along with supporting proof i.e. videos, photos, delivery note mentioning the said goods on delivery (mark as damaged)
note and acknowledged by the delivery driver in written. Any claims after this will not be processed.
Force Majeure: The company should not be Liable for failure of goods or for failure to comply with the contract in any other respect by reason of force majeure or any circumstances howsoever arising outside the reasonable
control of the company including, but without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any industrial action, strikes, lock – outs, shortages of labour, breakdown of machinery,
non – availability of supplies of stocks, materials or parts in delivery to the company of goods or materials, civil commotions, riots, war, breaking off of diplomatic relationships, i.e.:, explosion, accident, sabotage, storm,
food, earthquake, fog, subsidence, pestilence or epidemics or compliance with any directive request of any person with actual or apparent governmental authority. Government action, legislation or regulation of any act of God and
inability to obtain fuel, power or transportation. Such Failure shall not affect the obligation of the customers to pay for goods already been delivered. In the event that such circumstances shall continue for an unbroken period of
sixty (60) days the company shall have the right by notice in writing to terminate the contract or contracts in question to the extent that they shall not have been performed.
