The Elfa compatible pods are prefilled with 2ml of 20mg (2%) nicotine salt e-liquid, the same strength as popular disposable vapes. Each pod will provide approximately 600 puffs, roughly equivalent to 20 cigarettes and should last the average vaper a full day.
